Recombinant Human EPHB4 protein(Met1-Ala539), hFc-tagged

Cat.No. : EPHB4-695H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human EphB4 (NP_004435.3)(Met 1-Ala 539) was expressed in HEK293 with the fused Fc region of Human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : C-hFc
Protein length : Met1-Ala539
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human EFNB2 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human EphB4-Fc with a linear range of 1.56-12.5 ng/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human EphB4/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 762 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 83.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the rhEphB4/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 105-115 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : EPHB4 EPH receptor B4 [ Homo sapiens ]
