Cat. No. : | RCC1-1139H |
Description : | RCC1 (Regulator of Chromosome Condensation, α βpropeller chromatin-bound protein) catalyzes guanine nucleotide exchange of the Ras-related nuclear protein Ran. RCC1 is the guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Ran which induces exchange between the bound GDP and cellular GTP. Genetic studies have suggested that RCC1 may be involved in sensing the replication state of DNA and controlling the activation of Cdc2/cyclin B protein kinase through Ran. MW = 44.97 kDa. |

Ask a questionThe expression level of RCC1 protein may be related to the stage and clinicopathological features of lung cancer.
RCC1 protein is involved in regulating the progress of cellular mitosis by regulating the formation of new nuclear pores, the decomposition of nuclear membranes, and the separation of chromosomes.
RCC1 protein has some potential in tumor markers, but more research is needed to verify its clinical application value.
Yes, the RCC1 protein may play an important role in DNA damage repair, helping to maintain genome stability.
Mutations in the RCC1 protein are associated with neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease) and autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus).
The RCC1 protein may be involved in the initiation and progression of immune diseases by affecting the activity of immune cells and the balance of immune responses.
Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewStability of tRCC1 is highly praised, and its ability to maintain its structural and functional stability even in various extreme environments is truly impressive.
The green production process of RCC1 focuses on sustainable development and maximizes the utilization of energy and resources by optimizing the production process and equipment.
This short half-life and high clearance properties of this RCC1 allow its rapid action and rapid clearance in vivo, reducing the risk of side effects.
