Description : Antigen standard for replication protein A1, 70kDa (RPA1) is a lysate prepared from HEK293T cells transiently transfected with a TrueORF gene-carrying pCMV plasmid and then lysed in RIPA Buffer. Protein concentration was determined using a colorimetric assay. The antigen control carries a C-terminal Myc/DDK tag for detection.
Source : HEK 293 cells
Species : Human
Components : This product includes 3 vials: 1 vial of gene-specific cell lysate, 1 vial of control vector cell lysate, and 1 vial of loading buffer. Each lysate vial contains 0.1 mg lysate in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of RIPA Buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH7.5, 250 mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA, 50 mM NaF, 1% NP40). The loading buffer vial contains 0.5 ml 2X SDS Loading Buffer (125 mM Tris-Cl, pH6.8, 10% glycerol, 4% SDS, 0.002% Bromophenol blue, 5% beta-mercaptoethanol).
Size : 0.1 mg
Storage Instruction : Store at -80°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. After addition of 2X SDS Loading Buffer, the lysates can be stored at -20°C. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
Applications : ELISA, WB, IP. WB: Mix equal volume of lysates with 2X SDS Loading Buffer. Boil the mixture for 10 min before loading (for membrane protein lysates, incubate the mixture at room temperature for 30 min). Load 5 ug lysate per lane.

What is the importance of RPA1 protein in DNA recombination? 12/24/2019

RPA1 protein is involved in important steps such as pairing, redox, and fusion in DNA recombination, and is necessary to effectively maintain genome integrity and stability.

What is the role of RPA1 protein in embryonic development? 12/10/2019

RPA1 protein participates in DNA damage repair, growth and development in embryonic development, and has a role in maintaining the genome in embryos.

Can RPA1 protein be used to monitor or detect oxidative damage to DNA? 12/08/2019

Since RPA1 protein plays an important role in DNA oxidative damage repair, it can be used as a marker of the degree of DNA oxidative damage to monitor and detect the risk of related diseases.

Is the RPA1 protein involved in DNA methylation modifications? 12/04/2019

Although RPA1 protein is not a factor directly involved in DNA methylation modification, it may be involved in DNA methylation by participating in processes such as DNA damage repair, chromatin structure, and regulation of gene expression.

What role does RPA1 play in diabetes? 05/29/2019

Studies have shown that RPA1 protein is involved in processes such as insulin secretion and regulation of β cell function in diabetes, and may become a new target for therapeutic strategies.

Is RPA1 protein involved in the immune system? 02/21/2019

The RPA1 protein is involved in DNA damage repair and cell cycle in the immune system, and studies have found that it may be involved in processes such as immune response and pattern recognition.
