Description : | This gene encodes one of the SERCA Ca(2+)-ATPases, which are intracellular pumps located in the sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticula of muscle cells. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the translocation of calcium from the cytosol into the sarcoplasmic reticulum lumen, and is involved in regulation of the contraction/relaxation cycle. Mutations in this gene cause Darier-White disease, also known as keratosis follicularis, an autosomal dominant skin disorder characterized by loss of adhesion between epidermal cells and abnormal keratinization. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2008] |

Yes, the expression and function of ATP2A2 recombinant protein in the nervous system are regulated by complex mechanisms, including endogenous signaling pathways and cell-to-cell interactions.
Yes, there are polymorphic variations or mutations in ATP2A2 recombinant protein, which may be related to the susceptibility and pathogenesis of nervous system related diseases.
The recombinant ATP2A2 protein is responsible for regulating calcium homeostasis and maintaining nerve cell communication in the nervous system.
The recombinant ATP2A2 protein interacts with other membrane proteins, such as calcium channels and transporters, to regulate the function of nerve cells.
Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewBecause ATP2A2 has a short half-life and high clearance, it better prevents drug accumulation in the body, thereby reducing the risk of side effects caused by long-term use.
The production process of ATP2A2 focuses on harmonious coexistence with nature, realizes zero pollution in the production process, and brings a positive impact on the environment.
It can maintain stable performance even in extremely harsh environments, which is a rare quality.
