Description : | RCHY1 has ubiquitin ligase activity. It mediates E3-dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of target proteins, including TP53, HDAC1 and CDKN1B, thus regulating their levels and cell cycle progression. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene. Recombinant human RCHY1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli. |

Ask a questionRCHY1 acts as an independent target in early-stage node-negative oral squamous cell carcinoma and may provide patients with more accurate diagnostic and prognostic information.
The association between RCHY1 and ovarian and breast cancer is mainly manifested in its regulation of hormone receptor expression, migration and invasion.
RCHY1, as a Ubiquitin ligase, has been found as a driving factor in a variety of cancers such as liver, prostate, and kidney cancer.
RCHY1 is expressed in different types of cancer, and its high expression is associated with poor prognosis and high risk of metastasis.
For breast and ovarian cancer patients, the polymorphisms of RCHY1 are associated with the risk of tumor recurrence and can be used as a biomarker to predict recurrence.
RCHY1 is involved in regulating apoptosis signaling pathways by mediating the single ubiquitination pathway and promoting apoptosis of tumor cells.
Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewExperiments using RCHY1 were very reproducible and allowed me to evaluate the results more accurately.
Due to stability of RCHY1 was still very good under different experimental conditions, indicating that it has a wide range of applications and adaptability.
The band definition of RCHY1 in Western blot was very high, which improved the confidence of the experiment.
