Cat.No.: | PE-3079 |
Product Name: | Histone H2A |
Description: | Full-length, untagged human recombinant histone H2A expressed in E. coli. One of the four, core nucleosomal histones, H2A forms dimers with histone H2B, two of which associate with the H3-H4 tetratmer (H3-H4)2, forming the core octamer of the nucleosome. Histone H2A is subject to multiple regulatory post-translational modifications including ubiquitination, phosphorylation, acetylation, arginine and lysine methylation and crotonylation. |
Storage: | Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. |
