H3 (methyl K4) also appears to have an inverse correlation to allele-specific DNA methylation. Histone H3 (methyl K4) Assay Kit allows the user to specifically measure global histone H3K4 methylation using a variety of mammalian cells including fresh and frozen tissues, cultured adherent and suspension cells. |
