Cat.No.:  PE-0932
Product Name:  Recombinant Human TRDMT1, His-tagged
Product Overview:  Recombinant Human TRDMT1 protein (Met 1-Glu 391), fused with the His tag at the N-terminus, was expressed in Insect cells.
Description:  TRDMT1, also known as tRNA (cytosine-5-)-methyltransferase, DNA methyltransferase homolog HsaIIP, and DNMT2, is a member of the DNA methyltransferase family of enzymes. While the role of other DNMT proteins has been extensively characterized, comparably little is known about DNMT2. It is the most widely conserved DNMT protein, with homologues in protists, plants, fungi, and animals.
Storage:  Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Molecular Weight:  Predicts a molecular mass of 71 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 60 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Purity:  > 94 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
