| Description: | UF 010 is class I HDAC inhibitor that displays >6- fold selectivity over other HDACs. It has an IC₅₀ value of 0.06, 0.1, and 1.5 μM for HDACs 3, 2, 1 and 8 respectively. In vitro experimental data shows accumulation of acetylated histones in HCT116 cells. UF 010 is known to arrest cells at G1/S transition inhibiting proliferation of various cancer cell lines. |
