Cat.No.:  PE-0751
Product Name:  Recombinant Human KPNA2, His-tagged
Description:  Importins are involved in nuclear import and belong to a seperate class of Ran-GTP binding proteins. Importin α itself does not interact with the nuclear pore complex but functions as an adaptor that binds importin β. It is required to mediate binding of substrates to their receptors. Importin α binds directly to the nuclear localization signal of substrates.MW = 57.86 kDa.
Storage:  Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
