Cat.No.:  PE-1494
Product Name:  Recombinant Human Chromosome 20 0pen Reading Frame 20, His-tagged
Product Overview:  Recombinant human C20orf20 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description:  C20orf20 protein, also known as MRGBP, is a 204 amino acid protein which is a part of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex that acts to acetylate histone H2A and H4. This complex may be required for the activation of transcriptional programs associated with oncogene and proto-oncogene mediated growth induction, tumor suppressor mediated growth arrest and replicative senescence, apoptosis, and DNA repair. MRGBP has potential to interact with MORF4L1/MRG15 and MORF4L2/MRGX.
Storage:  Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
