TAO1 enables alpha-tubulin binding activity, beta-tubulin binding activity, and kinase activity. It is also Involved in several processes, including mitotic G2 DNA damage checkpoint signaling, negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization, and positive regulation of JNK cascade.
