1. How do I place an order?

We accept orders by purchase orders and credit cards. To place an order, you can either FAX, email the PO (Purchase Order) directly to us or submit the PO online at https://www.creativebiomart.net/inquiry/orderonline

2. What information do you require for my order?

To process your order we require the following:

  1. Product catalog number(s) and quantity(s) of the item(s) you are ordering
  2. Shipping address and billing address
  3. Purchase Order Number or credit card information
  4. Your telephone number and email address to receive the order information

3. What is a purchase order?

A purchase order (PO) is a commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to a supplier, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. It is used to control the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers.

The issue of a purchase order does not initiate a contract. If no prior contract exists, then it is the acceptance of the order by the supplier that forms a contract between the buyer and supplier.

4. What is a Purchase Order Number?

Most organizations give a purchase order reference number to each order that is sent to a supplier. In turn, the supplier will include this PO# on their invoice thus enabling the organization's administration to easily confirm that the supplier's invoice is valid. Therefore, please obtain a PO# from your administration and include this information with your order.

5. How will I know if my order has been received by Creative BioMart?

We confirm receipt of all orders by email or by fax. We notify you again when your order is dispatched and provide package tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your order.

6. How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please call us at 1-631-559-9269 or send us email to info@creative-biomart.com. For orders that have already shipped, a restocking fee of 20% of the product(s) list price may be assessed. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping cost.

7. Can I order via a distributor?

8. How can I have a W-9 form fo Creative BioMart?

Please call in at 1-631-559-9269 or email to info@creative-biomart.com to obtain a copy of Creative BioMart's W-9 form.

9. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwidely by express courier delivery. For country-specific shipping information, please contact us (mailto: info@creative-biomart.com).
10. When do you ship?
The sales representitive will specify the estimated delivery date when confirming your order.
11. What is the transit time?

For the U.S. we ship for next day delivery. For outside the U.S., depending on the country, the transit time is between 3-7 days.

12. Can I use my shipping courier account for shipment?

Yes, please provide your valid FedEx or DHL/UPS account when place the order. No shipping fee will be charged by Creative BioMart.

13. How can we pay?

All payment details are described on the pro-forma invoice that you will receive after your order is dispatched. The invoice will be sent to the billing address you specify and this can be different to the delivery address of your order. We accept payment by wire transfer and check. Payment by credit card is also acceptable, and we may surcharge 3% processing fee of credit card transactions.

14. How can I have a pro-forma invoice?

15. How do I redeem a promotional code?

To redeem a promotional code, please specify the code on your purchase order.

16. What is Creative BioMart's confidentiality?

We keep all customer information strictly confidential. All information and/or materials provided by the customer will be used only as directed.

17. What is Creative BioMart terms of use statement?

Products sold by Creative BioMart are all intended for laboratory and research purposes, not for personal or clinical use.

18. What are payment terms?

Our payment terms are 30 days after receiving the invoice. Pre-payment is reqiured for custom production projects and services, which will be stated in invoice.
