Description : SUFU (Suppressor of fused homolog) belongs to the SUFU family. This protein is negative regulator of the hedgehog signaling pathway. Defects in this gene are a cause of medulloblastoma. SUFU has been shown to interact with GLI1, GLI3 and PEX26.
