Recombinant Human MICB, Fc-His tagged

Cat.No.: MICB-807H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human MICB extracellular domain (NP_005922.2) (Met 1-Gly 298), fused with the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell.
Source: Human Cells
Species: Human
Tag: Fc-His
Form: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Molecular Mass: The recombinant human MICB/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 524 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59.5 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh MICB/Fc monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
