Product Overview: Recombinant HIV-1 [HIV-1/Clade B/C (CN54)] GP120 Protein, His-tagged derived from the env. gene of HIV-1 strain CN54 gp160 (GenBank Gene Ac. # AX149771, Thr27-Arg498) and glycosylated with N-linked sugars and expressed in HEK293 cells. Predicted N-terminus: Thr 27. This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 53.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 85-150 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4 centigrade before opening to recover the entire contents.
