Active Recombinant Human TNFSF11 protein, mFc-tagged

Cat.No. : TNFSF11-322H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human TNFSF11 protein(AAC51762.1) (Gly63-Asp244), fused with mFc tag, was expressed in HEK293.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : mFc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TNFRSF11B His at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human RANKL mFc, the EC50 of Human RANKL mFc is 15-80 ng/mL.
2. The bioactivity of hRANKL was determined by measuring the ability of hRANKL to induce TRAP activity in Raw 264.7 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 15-45 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human TNFSF11/mFc comprises 418 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 47.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 50-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Protein Length : Gly63-Asp244
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : TNFSF11 tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 11 [ Homo sapiens ]
