• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human TNFSF11/mFc comprises 418 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 47.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the monomer is approximately 50-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
