SLTM has several biochemical functions, for example, nucleotide binding, poly(A) RNA binding. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by SLTM itself. We selected most functions SLTM had, and list some proteins which have the same functions with SLTM. You can find most of the proteins on our site.
Function nucleotide binding
Related Protein RHOGB; CPS1; ATP2B3B; RBMS1; RBM41; CAMK1GA; ATP9A; DDX3; ACTC1A; CELF3
Function poly(A) RNA binding
Related Protein SLIRP; GNB2L1; DDX17; MRPL44; ZC3H7A; OASL1; RPUSD3; UBE2I; RTCA; MRPL39
SLTM has direct interactions with proteins and molecules. Those interactions were detected by several methods such as yeast two hybrid, co-IP, pull-down and so on. We selected proteins and molecules interacted with SLTM here. Most of them are supplied by our site. Hope this information will be useful for your research of SLTM.
