USP34

  • Official Full Name

    Ubiquitin specific peptidase 34

  • Background

USP34, also named as KIAA0570 and KIAA0729, belongs to the peptidase C19 family. USP34 recognizes and hydrolyzes the peptide bond at the C-terminal Gly of ubiquitin. It is involved in the processing of poly-ubiquitin precursors as well as that of ubiquinated proteins. The antibody recognize all these 3 isoform of USP34.
