Tissue Lysates
Creative BioMart contains ready-to-use panels of Tissue lysate of plant and animal origin. They are prepared by homogenization in lysis buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM PMSF, 1 mM EDTA, 5 μg/ml aprotinin, 5 μg/ml leupeptin, 1% Triton x-100, 1% DOC, 0.1% SDS) or in modified RIPA buffer containing 5% β-mercaptoethanol. The Creative BioMart lysates are useful for a wide range of applications, such as standards or controls for SDS-PAGE, Immunoprecipitation(IP), ELISAs and Western blot analysis.
