PDGFRL
-
Official Full Name
platelet-derived growth factor receptor-like
-
Overview
This gene encodes a protein with significant sequence similarity to the ligand binding domain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta. Mutations in this gene, or deletion of a chromosomal segment containing this gene, are associated with sporadic hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, and non-small cell lung cancers. This suggests this gene product may function as a tumor suppressor. -

PDGFRL has several biochemical functions, for example, platelet activating factor receptor activity, platelet-derived growth factor beta-receptor activity. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by PDGFRL itself. We selected most functions PDGFRL had, and list some proteins which have the same functions with PDGFRL. You can find most of the proteins on our site.

PDGFRL has direct interactions with proteins and molecules. Those interactions were detected by several methods such as yeast two hybrid, co-IP, pull-down and so on. We selected proteins and molecules interacted with PDGFRL here. Most of them are supplied by our site. Hope this information will be useful for your research of PDGFRL.
