Description : AF251705, also known as CMRF35A, CD300c, CLM4, DIgR1, and MAIRII,is a 35 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to theimmunoregulatory signaling (IRS) family of immunoglobulinlike molecules.Mature mouse AF251705 consists of a 165amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) with one Ig-like domain, a 21 aatransmembrane segment, and a 20 aa cytoplasmic tail. An alternate splice formlacks two amino acids C-terminal to the Ig-like domain. Within the ECD, mouseAF251705 shares 45% aa sequence identitywith human AF251705.
