Description: CNOT7, also known as CCR4-Not transcription complex, subunit 7, is a ubiquitous transcription factor. It is a component of the CCR4 complex which functions as a general transcription regulation complex. CNOT7 also binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1 (BTG1), which negatively regulates cell proliferation. Recombinant mouse CNOT7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
