Cat.No.: | Corpus Callosum-18H |
Species: | Human |
Form: | The human corpus Callosum tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. |
Concentration: | 3 mg/ml |
Tissue Type: | Corpus Callosum |
Preparation method: | Human corpus Callosum tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70°C. The human corpus Callosum tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. For quality control purposes, the corpus Callosum tissue pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is shown to be consistent for each lot by visualization with coomassie blue staining. The corpus Callosum tissue is then Western analyzed by either GAPDH or β-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. |
Safety Testing: | This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV. Additional patient information may be available upon request. |
Diagnosis: | Normal |
Expiration Date: | One half year from date of receipt |
Size: | 0.1 mg, 0.5 mg |
Storage Instruction: | This lysate should be aliquoted in working amounts and may be stored for up to one month at 2-8°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. For longer term storage, freeze working aliquots at -70°C. |
Applications: | This lysate is for use in Western blotting, 10 μg to 20 μg per lane is recommended for mini gel. |
