||The recombinant human VEGF consists of 165 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and predicts a molecular mass of 19.2 kDa. Due to different glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhVEGF165 is approximately 20 and 22 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, corresponding to the monomer.

||Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
||Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
||It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
