Recombinant Mouse Eph Receptor A8

Cat. No.: Epha8-1726M
Description: EPH receptor A8, also known as EPHA8 is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the Eph family that functions exclusively as an glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked ephrin ligand-dependent receptor protein tyrosine kinase. EPHA8 plays a role in axonal path finding during development of the mammalian nervous system.
Molecular Weight: The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse EphA8 is Mr 84.2 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 100-120 kDa.
Source: NSO Cells.
State Of Matter: Lyophilized.
Purity: >90% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin: <0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
Storage And Stability: This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20℃ to -70℃. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2℃ to 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. See Product Insert for exact lot specific storage instructions.
