• Description: HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable, modified form of recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase. It is inactive at temperatures below 75°C, but can be activated by a 4 min 95°C incubation step. The combination of HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase and the optimized PCR buffer minimizes non-specific amplification products and primer dimers allowing highest sensitivity.
• Formulation: HotStart Taq DNA polymerase, 10x HotStart reaction buffer(without Mg2+), 25mM MgCl2
• Application: Amplification of genomic DNA and cDNA targets up to 3 kb long with high specificity, sensitivity, and yield, Real time PCR, Multiplex PCR, Carry-over prevention, Automated PCR e.g. handling at room temperatures.
• Example: Useλ-DNA as template to do PCR. PCR condition:94℃ 5min/30cycles 94℃ 30sec, 58℃ 30sec, 72℃ 45sec/72℃ 5min.
