Description : INHBA is a member ofthe transforming growth factor-beta family which, in combination with thealpha subunit, forms an inhibitor of pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) secretion, and when combined with itself or the beta B subunit, formsthe FSH secretion stimulators Activin A and Activin AB respectively.
Form : Purified recombinantprotein - liquid.
Application : ELISA; WesternBlotting
Preparation : Escherichia coli/i> expressed recombinant inhibin beta A with N-terminal hexa-histidine tag.
Purity : > 95% by SDS PAGE/HPLC analysis
Storage : Store at -20oC only. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
