• Product Overview: Recombinant p35 subunit of human IL-12, termed as IL12A (P29459.2) (Met1-Ser219) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1 ; Recombinant p40 subunit of human IL-12, termed as IL12B (NP_002178.2) (Met1-Ser328) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified in an animal component free process under cGMP guidelines.

• Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 mg/ml. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
