Active Recombinant Human TGFB1 Protein, His & Avi-tagged, Biotinylated
Cat.No. : | TGFB1-363H |
Product Overview : | Recombinant Human TGFB1 Protein, His & Avi-tagged, Biotinylated is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 30 - Ser 390 (Accession # P01137-1 (C33S)). Predicted N-terminus: His. This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 45.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 14 kDa, 40-48 kDa and 55-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay. |
