Cat. No. : Ntrk3-625M
Description : Neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 3, also known as NT-3 growth factor receptor, TrkC tyrosine kinase, TrkC and NTRK3, is a single-pass type I membrane protein. NTRK3 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and insulin receptor subfamily. Mouse NTRK3 is a 825 amino acid (aa) protein and is widely expressed but mainly in nervous tissue. It contains two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains, one LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and one protein kinase domain. NTRK3 is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway.
Source : Human Cells.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -700C.
Predicted N Terminal : Cys 32.
Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant mouse TrkC comprises 409 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 46.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 100-110 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation : Supplied as a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution : Follow the instructions on the vial. Centrifuge the vial at 40C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -700C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
