Cat.No. : CCL7-384H Optional Service: Optional requirements on this protein
Product Overview : The extracellular domain of human CCL7 (AAI12259.1)(Gln24-Leu99) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of a mutant human IgG1 was expressed in CHO cell.
Description : This gene encodes monocyte chemotactic protein 3, a secreted chemokine which attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It is a member of the C-C subfamily of chemokines which are characterized by having two adjacent cysteine residues. The protein is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, an enzyme which degrades components of the extracellular matrix. This gene is part of a cluster of C-C chemokine family members on chromosome 17q
Source : CHO cell
Species : Human
Tag : HIgG1 Fc-tagged, mutant
Form : Lyophilized from 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS.
Bio-activity : Measured by its ability to chemoattract 2-day cultured human monocytes.
Molecular Mass : 35KDa (monomer)
AA Sequence : Gln24-Leu99
Endotoxin : <0.06 eu/μg as determined by lal>
Purity : >98%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
