Recombinant Human BLNK, His-tagged

Cat. No.: BLNK-3475H
Product Overview: Recombinant human BLNK protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
Description: BLNK, also known as B-cell linker, is essential for normal B-cell development. This protein has been shown to associate with the effector proteins GRB2, Vav, NCK and PLC γ following activation of the B cell receptor. It is phosphorylated by the Syk tyrosine kinase, which in turn permits activation of downstream effector proteins including GRB2 and PLC γ.
Form: Liquid. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF
Molecular Weight: 52.6 kDa (476aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher)
Purity: > 90% by SDS - PAGE
Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml (determined by BCA assay)
