Recombinant Human IFNAR1, Fc-tagged

Cat.No.: IFNAR1-188H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human IFNAR1 /IFNAR Protein,C-Fc Tag (rh IFNAR1 /IFNAR Fc Chimera) Lys 28 - Lys 436 (Accession # NP_000620) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).
Description: Interferon alpha/beta receptor 1 ( IFNAR1) is also known as Cytokine receptor class-II member 1, Cytokine receptor family 2 member 1 (CRF2-1), Type I interferon receptor 1, IFNAR, which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IFNAR1 /IFNAR contains four fibronectin type-III domains. IFNAR1 associates with IFNAR2 to form the type I interferon receptor. IFNAR1 is receptor for interferons alpha and beta. IFNAR1 can transduce IFNB signals without the help of IFNAR2, and not activating the Jak-STAT pathway.
Source: HEK293
Species: Human
Tag: Fc
Form: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM tris, 100 mM glycine, pH7.5. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass: rh IFNAR1 /IFNAR Fc Chimera is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 73.8 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Lys 28. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 110-120 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to Glycosylation.
Endotoxin: Less than 1.0 EU per μg of the rh IFNAR1 /IFNAR Fc Chimera by the LAL method.
Purity: 85% (rh IFNAR1 /IFNAR Fc Chimera) and 13% (Human IgG1 Fc fragment) as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss was observed after storage at:In lyophilized state for 1 year (4oC); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70oC).
Reconstitution: See Certificate of Analysis for reconstitution instructions and specific concentrations.
