|Cat. No. :
||Interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1), also known as CD121a (Cluster of Differentiation 121a, is a master regulator of inflammation and innate immunity. When triggered by IL-1beta, IL-1RI aggregates with IL-1R-associated protein (IL-1RAcP) and forms a membrane proximal signalosome that potently activates downstream signaling cascades. IL1R1 is expressed predominantly by T cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells.
|State Of Matter :
||>97% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
||<1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method.
|Molecular Weight :
||The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Human IL-1 sRI is Mr 36 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 55 kDa.
|Storage And Stability :
||This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for one month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
