Serial diluted anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody (DME100208) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR3-Nanodisc is 15.79ng/ml. |
