Description : Interleukin-10 is a multifunctional cytokine produced by a variety of cell types including T helper cells activated B cells and activated macrophages. Interleukin-10 regulates immune-mediated inflammation and modulates the function of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells.

Physical Appearance : Sterile Filtered clear solution (0.083mg/1ml)
Purity : Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation : Interleukin-12 p35 His-Tag is supplied in 20mM Tris HCL pH=8, 0.5 mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
Storage : Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
