    🧪 NUC-003

    Source:  E.coli

    Species:  Human

    Tag:  Non

    Conjugation:  Biotin

    Protein Length:

Mononucleosomes, Human Recombinant Biotinylated run on an agarose gel and stained with ethidium bromide to visualize DNA. Lane 1: DNA extracted from nucleosomes (100 ng). Lane 2: Intact nucleosomes (200 ng total, ~100 ng DNA and ~100 ng histone protein) run on gel. Intact nucleosomes migrate much higher than free DNA, thus the DNA resolves at a higher molecular weight when nucleosome-bound. Note absence of free DNA in Lane 2 (arrow), indicating all DNA complexed with histones.

    Species:  Human

    Tag:  Non

    Conjugation:  Biotin

    Protein Length:

Coomassie stained SDS-PAGE to demonstrate purity of the histones in the preparation. Lane 1 shows histone proteins in the nucleosome before enzymatic removal of tails. Lane 2 shows the resulting histone proteins after tail removal. Size of molecular weight markers and positions of the intact core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) are indicated.
    Recombinant Human Mononucleosome (H3.1ΔN2), Biotinylated

    🧪 NUC-007

    Source:  E.coli

    Species:  Human

    Tag:  Non

    Conjugation:  Biotin

    Protein Length:

Coomassie stained PAGE gel of proteins in WT Mononucleosomes (Lane 1) resolved alongside proteins in Mononucleosome (H3.1ΔN2), Human Recombinant Biotinylated (Lane 2). The faster migration of the H3.1ΔN2 observed in Lane 2 as compared to Lane 1 denotes the deletion of the amino acids from the N-terminus of the histone protein.
