Bio-activity : Add CD3 pre-coupling magnetic beads into each well at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. 0.1 mg beads was added to each well. Then add increasing concentrations of anti-CD3 antibody to different wells. PE-labeled anti-human IgG Fc antibody was used for detection.
