Description : | Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a glycoprotein that is mainly produced by endotoxin, TNF-α and IFN-γ activatable monocytes and macrophages. Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) acts on hematopoietic progenitor cells to promote their proliferation and differentiation. Its important role is to stimulate granulocyte and monocyte macrophage maturation, promote the release of mature cells into peripheral blood, and promote multiple functions of macrophages and acidophilic cells. |
