Source : HEK293
Species : Rhesus Macaque
Tag : hFc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
1. Immobilized human IL23A-His+IL12B-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Cynomolgus IL23R-Fc. The EC50 of Cynomolgus IL23R-Fc is 0.14-0.35 μg/ml.
2.Immobilized mouse mIL12Bh (m)+mIL23Ah at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Cynomolgus IL23R-Fc. The EC50 of Cynomolgus IL23R-Fc is 0.05-0.11 μg/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus / rhesus IL23R comprises 571 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 64.9 KDa.
Protein length : Met1-Asp353
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended to reconstitute the OsrhVEGF lyophilized powder in sterile water to 100-200 ug/ml, and further dilute with other solvents. The dissolved OsrhVEGF can be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and should be used up as soon as possible. If not in use for a short time, please store at -20°C.
