Background : The SARS-CoV-2 Spike Trimer (B.1.1.7) Coupled Magnetic Beads is produced by coupling biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 spike trimer to streptavidin-conjugated magnetic beads. The spike proteins coupled to the beads contain 9 mutations (HV69-70del, Y144del, N501Y, A570D, D614G, P681H, T716I, S982A, D1118H) identified in the U.K. variant (known as B.1.1.7, 20B/501Y.V1 or VOC 202012/01). The pre-coupled beads are ready to use for capturing anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody or ACE2 protein from your sample with high specificity.
Application : This product is intended for immunocapture, biopanning and flow cytometry. This product is produced non-sterile.
Storage : Upon receipt, please store the Beads at -20°C for 1 year in lyophilized state.
