• Product Overview: The Flag tag is a polypeptide fragment composed of eight hydrophilic amino acids that is localized on the surface of the fusion protein and therefore easier to bind to antibodies and be broken down by enterokinase. Anti-DYKDDDDK S1 Affinity Beads use optimized anti-FLAG (DYKDDDDK) antibodies as affinity ligands to purify Flag tag fusion proteins expressed in prokaryotic, yeast or mammalian cells in one step. Anti-DYKDDDDK S1 Affinity Beads are based on 4% agar-agar gel with little non-specific binding of heteroproteins, which can be used for purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of Flag label fusion proteins.
