• Description: Ara h 1 and Ara h 3 are bicupin seed storage proteins. They belong to the cupin superfamily, a functionally highly diverse protein superfamily which contains at present 61 member families. In legumes, such as the peanut, the globulin type seed storage proteins are present in two forms, the 7S trimeric vicilins (e.g. Ara h 1) and the 11S hexameric legumins (e.g. Ara h 3).
• Form: Preservative and carrier-free in sterile, endotoxin-free Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4. Sterile filtered.
