Boronate Affinity Resin, Highly-crosslinked Agarose
| Cat.No. : | Boronate-2A |
| Product Overview : | Boronate Affinity Resin, Highly-crosslinked Agarose is an affinity chromatography medium formed by coupling 3-aminobenzenoboric acid with specific spacer arms designed on the surface of a new generation of highly rigid agarose gel microsphere skeleton. Phenylborate ligands can form borates with 1, 2-cis-diol through reversible covalent bonding under weakly basic conditions, and can specifically bind substances containing 1, 2-cis-diol structure, including glycoproteins (including antibodies), enzymes, polysaccharides, nucleosides, nucleotides and catechols. NADP+ or ATP can also be used to assist the separation and purification of target molecules that cannot be directly bound to the filler. |
