Characteristics : Chelate Cellulose resin is based on porous, spherical, crosslinked cellulose beads and has been specifically optimized for metal affinity chromatography. It offers high capacity and good flow rate properties in large industrial columns. The cellulose backbone offers very low non-specific adsorption and the covalent bonding of iminodiacetic acid ensures ligand stability.

Recommended flow rate : 20 – 150 cm/h
Chemical stability : Compatible with most salts, detergents and chaotropic agents. The operating pH range is 3 – 12. Autoclavable in suspension at neutral pH for 30 minutes at 121°C.
