Cat. No. : |
C6orf25-5603H |
Description : |
C6orf25 is a type Itransmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily that is encodedwithin the human class III major histocompatibility complex. It is expressedmainly on platelets, and has also been detected on megakaryocytes and thehuman cell line K562. Crosslinking of C6orf25 inhibits agoniststimulatedplatelet aggregation and activation. The 241 amino acid (aa) human C6orf25isotype B (G6bB) contains a 17 aa signal sequence, a 125 aa extracellulardomain with one Vtype Ig-like domain and one N-linked glycosylation site, a21 aa transmembrane sequence and a 78 aa cytoplasmic sequence with two ITIMinhibitory motifs and a SH3 binding site. |
