||Agarose Fast Flow gel filtration medium is based on cross-linked agarose matrix, which gives good physical stability and chromatographic qualities. It is a gel filtration medium developed for industrial processing at high flow rates and moderate pressures.
||The matrix was developed specifically to meet the high throughput demands of industrial process separations. The rigidity permits high flow rates, which in turn gives good resolution in a minimum of time. Agarose 4 Fast Flow matrices enable the rapid processing of large volumes making these media an excellent choice for use at process-scale.Agarose Fast Flow gel filtration media are easy to work with, and tolerate working conditions of temperature, pH and chemical agents, including cleaning-in-place (CIP) reagents, typically used in biopharmaceutical production processes. The bed should be washed with at least 3 bed volumes of buffer to remove the preservative.
