|Product Overview :
||Recombinant human CETN3 protein (1-167aa), fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
||CETN3 contains four EF-hand calcium binding domains, and is a member of the centrin protein family. This protein is ubiquitously expressed cytoskeletal components that show increased expression during cell differentiation. It plays a role in centrosome reproduction.
