Recombinant Human Centrin, EF-hand Protein, 3, His-tagged

Cat. No. : CETN3-2788H
Product Overview : Recombinant human CETN3 protein (1-167aa), fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description : CETN3 contains four EF-hand calcium binding domains, and is a member of the centrin protein family. This protein is ubiquitously expressed cytoskeletal components that show increased expression during cell differentiation. It plays a role in centrosome reproduction.
Source : E.coli.
