Form : The lysate was boiled for 5 min in 1 x SDS sample buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl pH 6.8, 12.5% glycerol, 1% sodium dodecylsulfate, 0.01% bromophenol blue) containing 5% β-mercaptoethanol.

Preparation method : Lymph Node tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization in lysis buffer (10 mM HEPES pH7.9, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 10 mM KCl, 1 mM ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 10% glycerol, 1% NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors). Tissue and cell debris was removed by centrifugation.
Safety Testing : This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV. Additional patient information may be available upon request.

Size : 0.1 mg, 0.5 mg
Storage Instruction : For short term storage of this tissue lysate, freeze in single use aliquots at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. For long term storage freeze working aliquots at -70°C.
Applications : This lysate is for use in Western blotting, 10 μg to 20 μg per lane is recommended for mini gel.
